With the trend toward maintenance free exteriors, vinyl siding has become one of our biggest sellers.

We use only high quality vinyl siding products by Alcoa, Certainteed, Mastic, and KP as well as other manufacturers of quality vinyl products. Great products coupled with attention to detail make for an installation you can rely on to look beautiful and protect your home for many years.

If vinyl doesn't fit your style, Frechette's installs all types of wood siding, including cedar shakes, clapboards, and panelized materials.

Frechette's also installs James Hardie fiber cement siding products. Fiber cement siding installs in the same manner as cedar clapboard siding, but comes pre finished in a variety of colors. It comes with 50 yr. product warranty, and a 15 yr. warranty on the finish. Because of the specialized flashing details, the material is very labor instensive to install, and therefore expensive. However if you're looking for a greener and more durable alternative to vinyl, fiber cement might just be the product for you.
